I was honored to participate in Plymouth's 9-11 Memorial ceremony where we added a very special piece of that day to our memorial - a steel beam from the World Trade Center. On Wednesday, September 28, 2011, Army Specialist Steven E. <span class=SpellE>Gutowski</span> of Plymouth was killed when an improvised explosive device detonated near his military vehicle.
