The Kingston Board of Health voted that the suspension of all outdoor recreational activities voted by the Board of Health on July 27, 2010, be lifted and that the dawn and dusk limitations not be adhered to due to the drop in temperatures.
The Board of Health is still recommending that if you are outside, wear repellent.
